Cleaner oil changes with EZ-8

Replace the standard drain plug with a nickel-plated brass ball valve. Lift the locking lever and turn it a quarter turn to drain; return it to the closed position when finished.

• Selected Volvo D11, D12 and D13 applications.
• Volvo D16 applications up to 2011; later D16 applications are listed under EZ-211.

Hose connection

Large-body compatible hose ends are sold separately. Small-body H-001 and L-001 fittings are not the matching size.

Fitment and installation

Side and bottom drain ports can require different valves. Check the installed oil pan and clearance rather than choosing by truck make alone. Match the original drain-plug thread, sealing surface and available clearance. Use the specified installation torque and check for leaks.
