We ship small-package orders with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Services include FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground Economy, UPS Ground and USPS. We select the shipping method when we process your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Large orders, including drums and dealer orders, may ship by truck freight. Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Most of our products are classified as dangerous goods and are not eligible for expedited shipping. If you need an order sooner, contact us before ordering to discuss any available options.

We email your tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder, then contact sales@opti-lube.com for help.

Inspect all products when your shipment arrives. If your shipment is damaged or lost, contact us at sales@opti-lube.com or call or text 801-491-3717 so we can help with the next steps.

A carrier claim may be required for loss or damage. Replacement shipments will be sent after the carrier approves the claim.

Damaged or lost goods are the sole responsibility of the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS or the freight company). Title of merchandise passes from the shipper (Opti-Lube) to the carrier after it leaves our doors and to the customer on delivery.
